Yes, all Fantôme products are 100% cruelty-free and we never test on animals at any stage of production.
Are your formulas suitable for sensitive skin?
Our products are dermatologically tested and formulated to be gentle, but we recommend a patch test before full application.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link to monitor your delivery status in real-time.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to North America, Europe, and select countries in Asia. Please check our shipping page for the full list.
What is the shelf life of your skincare products?
Most of our products have a shelf life of 12 months after opening. Look for the PAO (Period After Opening) symbol on the packaging.
Can I change my order after it has been placed?
Orders are processed quickly, but if you contact us within 1 hour of placement, we will do our best to accommodate changes.
